Sanjay Rahate started his career as an Electrical engineer at B.E.S.T. He worked for 12 years as an officer. Having a stable Government job and every amenity possible provided by the department, he was not happy with the way his growth and self-development was stagnated.
“Somewhere I was feeling this is not the way I want my life to be.”
Fortunately, that’s when he attended a session by Robert Kiyosaki (Author of the global bestselling book – “Rich Dad Poor Dad) and decided to take control of his life. He wanted to help people by giving them the right direction and saving their precious time, money and energy.
So, he started by conducting public programs on different topics such as career selection, parenting, KSA (knowledge, skill and attitude) and Discover the Diamond in you etc. At the same time, he also established his fitness business and trained various celebrities and business magnets one-to-one which helped him understand; what do they do differently that has made them so successful in life.
As he progressed, he started receiving innumerable counselling inquiries from parents, individuals and VPs and CEO’s of the companies, but it wasn’t possible to cater to all of them. Then he decided to train a bunch of selective individuals to start their successful counselling and coaching units where they can help people with proper guidance and earn additional income. He aims to help these individuals become certified counsellors and lifestyle coaches going further to ensure the holistic development of their clientele.
